1. MERYT Websites, Brands, and Cross-Site Measurement

MERYT LLC operates Orbit-Store.com and may operate or control additional websites, landing pages, customer portals, product pages, media pages, and business-facing brands such as MERYT Aerospace Chemicals, MERYT Industrial Chemicals, MERYT Twins, and MERYT Twins Media.

Subject to applicable consent requirements, MERYT may use cookies or similar technologies to understand campaign attribution, referrals, and customer journeys across MERYT-controlled properties. A separate destination website may maintain its own cookie banner, cookie inventory, and policy, and those destination controls apply while you are using that website.

Cookies are small files or identifiers stored on or associated with a browser or device. Similar technologies can include pixels, tags, local storage, software-development-kit identifiers, session tokens, and other tools used to operate, secure, measure, or personalize a digital service.

Depending on the current implementation, these may include Shopify, HighLevel, payment providers, analytics providers, and advertising platforms.

ShipStation and carriers may receive order or shipment data for fulfillment, but whether a particular shipping provider sets browser cookies depends on how its service is integrated.

These technologies support functions such as cart persistence, checkout, login, one-time authentication, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, session management, customer-portal operation, and remembering cookie choices. Blocking them may prevent parts of the website from functioning.

When enabled, analytics technologies help MERYT understand site traffic, product interest, form completion, conversion paths, referral sources, device/browser performance, and errors. We may use aggregated or deidentified reporting to improve the website and business operations.

When enabled and legally permitted, advertising technologies may help measure campaigns, build or suppress audiences, attribute conversions, or deliver more relevant advertising. Information disclosed through these technologies may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a similar regulated activity under certain laws even if MERYT does not sell personal information for money.

8. Social Media Pixels, Conversion APIs, and Platform Measurement

Subject to applicable consent requirements, MERYT may use pixels, tags, conversion APIs, campaign identifiers, audience tools, or similar technologies associated with social and professional platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other advertising services.

These tools may help measure whether an advertisement led to a page visit, form submission, RFQ, document request, order, or other business event; manage advertising audiences; reduce repetitive ads; or understand campaign performance.

Third-party platforms control their own algorithms, account matching, audience systems, retention, feed ranking, and independent data practices. MERYT's cookie controls govern MERYT's own implementation but do not replace the privacy and advertising settings offered by those platforms.

9. Consent and Cookie Preferences

Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, MERYT intends to provide a cookie-consent interface that allows users to accept, reject, or manage categories as required by applicable law.

Changing a cookie preference generally applies prospectively. Cookies already stored may remain until deleted or expired, and some preferences may need to be reset if cookies are cleared or a different browser/device is used.

Most browsers allow users to block, delete, or limit cookies. Browser settings vary. Blocking all cookies may affect cart, login, checkout, preference, security, or customer-portal functions.

MERYT does not control the independent privacy practices of websites you visit after leaving Orbit-Store.

14. Do Not Track

“Do Not Track” browser signals are not implemented uniformly across the industry. Where a different legally recognized opt-out preference signal is required by applicable law, we will address that signal as described above.

For visitors in jurisdictions that require prior consent for non-essential cookies, MERYT intends to withhold applicable analytics, preference, or advertising technologies until the required choice is made, subject to technical feasibility and applicable exemptions.

16. Cookie Inventory

Cookie names and providers can change as the site moves between Shopify, HighLevel, payment, analytics, advertising, and other integrations. The active consent-management interface or site-level cookie scanner, when enabled, should be treated as the operational inventory of cookies currently detected on the site.

MERYT should review that inventory after major platform, pixel, checkout, or domain changes and periodically thereafter.

17. Consent Records, Change Control, and Information-Security Readiness

MERYT may maintain consent logs, preference records, tag configurations, cookie inventories, vendor records, and change records as appropriate to support privacy compliance, troubleshooting, security, and auditability.

Cookie and tracking controls are intended to support MERYT's developing information-security, privacy, and quality-management framework, including risk-based vendor management, documented changes, access control, monitoring, and continual improvement.

This does not represent certification to ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, AS9100/IAQG 9100, 9120, or another standard unless MERYT expressly publishes a current certificate identifying the applicable legal entity and scope.

18. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this policy when MERYT brands, websites, technologies, vendors, AI/CRM tools, advertising pixels, consent controls, or laws change. The current version will display the last-updated date.

Revised cookie rules apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Where a material change requires new or renewed consent, MERYT intends to request that consent as required by applicable law.
