1. MERYT Brand, Website, and Business Structure

MERYT LLC is the legal business entity responsible for Orbit-Store.com unless a transaction, quotation, invoice, contract, or destination website expressly identifies another legal entity.

Orbit-Store.com / Orbit Store is a brand, ecommerce property, and business-facing name operated by and powered by MERYT LLC. As of this Policy's effective date, Orbit-Store is not being represented here as a separate legal entity. If MERYT later registers Orbit Store, MERYT Aerospace Chemicals, MERYT Industrial Chemicals, MERYT Twins, MERYT Twins Media, or another MERYT-controlled name as a DBA, assumed name, subsidiary, affiliate, or separate legal entity, the applicable legal notices may be updated to reflect that structure.

MERYT Aerospace Chemicals and MERYT Industrial Chemicals are MERYT-controlled brands or business-facing identifiers used to organize products, leads, content, support, or commercial activity. Their future legal structure may change. A future structural change does not by itself transfer an existing customer's obligations to another entity unless the applicable transaction, notice, assignment, or law provides for that result.

MERYT Twins and MERYT Twins Media are MERYT-affiliated media and promotional brands. Their media, booking, collaboration, discount, event, and content activities may be governed by separate terms, releases, or policies presented for those activities.

2. Cross-Site Routing and MERYT Brand Referrals

Orbit-Store may refer or route a visitor, lead, RFQ, product inquiry, or customer to another MERYT-controlled website, brand, sales channel, industrial site, media page, distributor, or service provider when the request is better handled there.

When you leave Orbit-Store and enter another website or program, the privacy policy, cookie policy, terms, program rules, and transaction terms displayed or otherwise properly presented for that destination may also apply to activity conducted there. Orbit-Store's policies do not automatically replace the policies of a separate destination website or future separate legal entity.

Subject to applicable law and appropriate notice or consent, MERYT may use information collected through one MERYT-controlled brand to route, support, measure, or follow up on a related inquiry through another MERYT-controlled brand when doing so is consistent with the purpose for which the information was collected.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect information directly from you, automatically through our websites and systems, from service providers, from authorized distributors or business partners, and from lawful public or commercial sources.

Contact and business identity information

• Name, title, company, department, business email, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and business location.
• Company identifiers, tax-exemption information, resale documentation, CAGE or procurement identifiers when supplied by the customer, and information needed to establish or administer a commercial account.
• Information identifying an authorized purchasing, accounts-payable, maintenance, engineering, quality, shipping, receiving, or procurement contact.

Transaction and purchasing information

• Products viewed or requested, cart activity, order history, quantities, prices, promotions, invoices, payment status, purchase orders, RFQs, quotations, bulk requests, delivery instructions, tax status, and customer service history.
• Carrier selections, tracking information, freight instructions, and masked or securely stored references to customer-provided UPS, FedEx, or other carrier accounts.

Technical and support information

• SDS/TDS requests, product compatibility questions, part numbers, OEM/MIL/AMS references, maintenance use cases, requested application information, complaint records, lot/batch details, photos or videos submitted for support, and quality-claim information.

Device and website information

• IP address, browser, device type, operating system, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, session data, cookie identifiers, UTM/source information, site performance, security logs, and interactions with forms or content.

4. Payment and Financial Information

Payment card transactions and certain payment credentials are generally processed by payment processors or checkout providers. MERYT does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or CVV codes in public website forms or ordinary CRM fields.

Requests for ACH or wire instructions may be verified and routed through secure workflows. Bank account numbers, routing numbers, wire instructions, processor secret keys, and private integration credentials are not intended to be published in page HTML, browser scripts, public forms, or query strings.

5. RFQs, Purchase Orders, Uploaded Files, and Business Submissions

When you submit an RFQ, purchase order, bulk request, distributor application, tax document, carrier information, technical question, or other business record, we may use that material to evaluate and respond to your request, prepare quotations, process orders, verify authority, perform compliance screening, maintain records, and provide customer support.

Submitting information does not create a nondisclosure agreement. If your information requires contractual confidentiality, export controls, cybersecurity flowdowns, or special handling, please arrange those requirements with MERYT before transmitting the information.

6. How We Use Information

We may use information to operate and improve Orbit-Store and MERYT business processes, including to:

• Process orders, payments, POs, RFQs, invoices, credits, tax-exemption requests, shipping, local delivery, freight, and customer accounts.
• Provide product information, SDS/TDS access, COC/COA or order-related documents where authorized, technical support, quality support, and distributor routing.
• Verify identity, purchasing authority, account ownership, carrier instructions, tax status, and transaction details.
• Screen transactions, parties, destinations, end users, and end uses for fraud, sanctions, export-control, restricted-party, and other legal or compliance concerns.
• Maintain CRM records, customer history, opportunity records, intent events, support records, quality records, and audit trails.
• Personalize business support and follow up on abandoned or incomplete commercial requests where permitted.
• Measure website performance, understand customer journeys, attribute marketing activity, prevent abuse, and improve products and services.
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, defend claims, investigate suspected misuse, and protect MERYT, customers, carriers, distributors, and the public.

7. AI, Automation, Voice Assistants, and CRM Processing

MERYT may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to assist with customer service, call handling, transcription, summaries, lead or inquiry routing, product-question retrieval, appointment workflows, order-status workflows, follow-up messages, data normalization, fraud or security review, and internal productivity.

Information you provide to an AI-enabled phone, chat, email, form, or support workflow may be processed by technology service providers acting for MERYT. Human team members may review AI-generated summaries, transcripts, recommendations, or drafted responses.

We do not intend to rely solely on an AI voice or chat assistant to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an individual. Where applicable law provides rights relating to automated decision-making, profiling, voice recognition, or similar processing, we will address qualifying requests as required.

8. Calls, Recordings, Transcripts, Email, and SMS

When you communicate with MERYT by telephone, voicemail, chat, email, SMS, or similar channels, we may retain the communication and related metadata for support, training, quality, compliance, fraud prevention, transaction records, and dispute resolution.

Calls may be handled by human or AI-assisted systems. Where recording, transcription, or monitoring requires notice or consent, MERYT intends to provide the required notice and obtain consent before or at the time the recording or transcription begins. If you do not wish to continue after a recording notice, you may end the call and use another available communication method.

Transactional messages may include order, quote, invoice, delivery, document, appointment, or support updates. Marketing email or SMS is sent only as permitted by law and subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing products.

For SMS, message frequency may vary and carrier message/data rates may apply. You may use recognized opt-out methods such as replying STOP where supported, or otherwise communicate a reasonable request to stop marketing communications.

9. Social Media, Public Platforms, and Cross-Platform Interactions

MERYT LLC and MERYT-controlled brands may maintain or use pages, profiles, channels, advertising accounts, groups, messaging tools, lead forms, pixels, conversion APIs, or other functions on third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social or professional platforms.

When you interact with MERYT through a third-party platform, that platform may independently collect and process information under its own terms, privacy policy, cookie policy, algorithms, advertising systems, and account settings. MERYT does not control a platform's independent processing, ranking, recommendation engine, feed placement, data retention, or account-level privacy settings.

Subject to applicable law, platform rules, and required consent, MERYT may receive information such as profile or business identity information, messages, comments, form submissions, campaign source, engagement, conversion events, audience information, or other data made available to page administrators or advertisers. MERYT may use this information for customer support, lead routing, advertising measurement, sales follow-up, fraud prevention, audience management, and related business purposes described in this Policy.

Public comments, reposts, tags, testimonials, reviews, mentions, or other content created by third parties are not automatically statements of MERYT and may remain visible, searchable, copied, cached, screenshotted, or redistributed by others even after MERYT or the original author removes them.

10. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising, Cross-Brand Attribution, and Similar Technologies

We may use strictly necessary cookies and, depending on your consent choices and jurisdiction, functional, analytics, performance, and advertising technologies. These technologies may help maintain sessions, operate checkout, prevent fraud, remember preferences, measure conversions, understand website performance, and support marketing.

Subject to applicable law and consent requirements, MERYT may use analytics and advertising technologies to understand how a visitor moves among MERYT-controlled pages, product families, campaigns, media content, Orbit-Store, aerospace content, industrial content, and MERYT Twins promotional programs. Some advertising or analytics disclosures may be treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a similar regulated activity under certain privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. We do not state that MERYT sells personal information for money. Where an opt-out is legally required, we intend to provide the applicable choice through our consent or privacy-control mechanisms.

11. Service Providers and Categories of Recipients

We may disclose information to vendors and service providers only as reasonably necessary for business operations. Categories may include:

• Website, commerce, CRM, automation, and customer-portal providers, including platforms such as Shopify and HighLevel where used.
• Fulfillment, shipping, freight, tracking, and logistics systems, including ShipStation and selected carriers where used.
• Payment processors, banks, payment-link providers, fraud-prevention services, and accounting systems.
• Email, telephone, SMS, AI, transcription, support, cloud-hosting, cybersecurity, analytics, and advertising providers.
• Authorized distributors or logistics partners when needed to route or fulfill a customer’s requested purchasing path.
• Auditors, insurers, attorneys, accountants, consultants, and other professional advisers.
• Government agencies, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law.

12. Authorized Distributors and Customer Routing

If you ask MERYT to identify a distributor or purchasing route, we may share the minimum information reasonably needed with an applicable authorized or exclusive distributor, logistics provider, or MERYT representative to respond to the request. This may include company name, business contact information, territory, product need, quantities, and relevant inquiry details.

We do not treat an ordinary reseller, broker, or buyer as an “Authorized MERYT Distributor” or “Exclusive MERYT Distributor” unless MERYT has issued the applicable written authorization or executed agreement.

13. Information from Business Contacts and Public Sources

Because Orbit-Store primarily serves business, aviation, MRO, airline, government, military, procurement, maintenance, and distribution markets, we may maintain professional contact information received from a company, business card, trade event, public business listing, procurement source, public government record, authorized data provider, or prior commercial relationship, subject to applicable law.

14. Legal and Compliance Processing

We may collect or request additional information when reasonably necessary to comply with export controls, sanctions, anti-fraud rules, tax rules, shipping restrictions, government procurement requirements, product safety obligations, or customer contractual requirements that MERYT has expressly accepted.

For certain transactions, this may include destination, end-user, end-use, citizenship or nationality information where legally relevant, ownership information, screening results, export classification information, or compliance certifications. We use such information for compliance and risk management, not for unrelated consumer profiling.

15. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information based on its nature and the risks involved. Measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, secure payment processing, masked account references, server-side credential storage, logging, backups, vendor controls, and limiting access to personnel with a business need.

No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your passwords, one-time codes, account access, and devices, and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access involving your Orbit-Store relationship.

16. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and for legitimate business, warranty, quality, tax, accounting, compliance, litigation, export-control, sanctions, security, and recordkeeping needs. Retention periods vary by record type.

Order, invoice, PO, quality, lot/batch, certification, export, and government-related records may need to be retained longer than ordinary marketing or website data. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, deidentify, aggregate, or securely archive it, subject to applicable law.

17. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending on where you live and the law that applies to MERYT, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about disclosures, restriction or objection to certain processing, or opt-out of targeted advertising, sale/sharing, profiling, or certain sensitive-data uses.

Even where a particular state privacy statute does not apply to MERYT or to a business-to-business interaction, we may voluntarily honor reasonable access, correction, deletion, or marketing opt-out requests where feasible and consistent with legal, contractual, security, quality, and recordkeeping obligations.

We may need to authenticate your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authorization. We will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.

18. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Disclosures

If a state privacy law applies to MERYT and your information, this Policy is intended to describe the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes of processing, the categories of recipients, and available rights. Applicable rights and definitions vary by state and may contain business-to-business, employment, transaction, security, legal-compliance, or other exemptions.

Where required, we will provide a method to opt out of activities legally defined as sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling and will honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals when the law requires us to do so and our systems can reasonably associate the signal with the relevant processing.

19. EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Other International Visitors

Orbit-Store and MERYT are operated from the United States. If privacy laws outside the United States apply, we may process personal data based on performance of a contract or pre-contract request, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate business interests, consent, or another lawful basis recognized by the applicable law.

Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate. Where legally required, appropriate transfer safeguards will be used. International visitors may have additional rights under local law.

20. Children and Minors

Orbit-Store is a business and professional purchasing platform and is not directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children for independent purchasing. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in a manner requiring deletion or parental action, we will take appropriate steps under applicable law.

21. Business Transfers

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law and the commitments that apply to the data.

22. Changes to This Policy and Ongoing Use

We may update this Privacy Policy as our brands, websites, technology, vendors, AI tools, advertising systems, legal obligations, products, or business processes change. The current version will state its effective or last-updated date.

The revised Policy applies prospectively from its stated effective date to information processed after that date and, where permitted by law, to continued processing of information already maintained by MERYT. Material changes will be communicated, and renewed consent will be obtained, when applicable law requires it.

A privacy-policy update does not by itself retroactively change the price, warranty, payment obligation, return right, accepted purchase order, or other completed-sale contract term. Those matters are governed by the applicable transaction documents and Terms & Conditions.

23. Quality, Security, Document Control, and Audit Readiness

MERYT is developing privacy, information-security, document-control, access-control, vendor, incident, retention, change-management, and risk-management practices intended to support a maturing management system and future audit readiness.

These privacy controls are intended to support principles relevant to ISO 9001 quality management and ISO/IEC 27001 information security management, including controlled documented information, accountability, risk-based controls, confidentiality, integrity, availability, monitoring, correction, and continual improvement.

This is not a certification representation. Unless MERYT publishes a current certificate identifying the certified legal entity and scope, this Policy does not state or imply that MERYT or any MERYT brand is certified to ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, AS9100/IAQG 9100, 9120, or another standard.

24. Contact and Privacy Requests

To submit a privacy request, ask a privacy question, or appeal a decision where an appeal right applies, contact MERYT using the information below and identify the request as a “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Appeal.” We may provide an additional web form or privacy-choice mechanism as our HighLevel implementation is completed.
