Commercial terms for online orders, RFQs, purchase orders, technical documents, aerospace use, export compliance, resale, and distribution.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Orbit-Store.com and related MERYT LLC (“MERYT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) commerce, quotation, purchase-order, account, distributor, technical-document, customer-support, and ordering channels.
By using the site, creating an account, submitting an RFQ or PO, requesting documents, placing an order, or otherwise purchasing through an MERYT-operated channel, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by law.
MERYT LLC is the legal business entity responsible for Orbit-Store.com unless a quotation, invoice, contract, order acknowledgment, or other transaction document expressly identifies another legal entity.
Orbit-Store.com / Orbit Store is a brand, ecommerce property, and business-facing name operated by and powered by MERYT LLC. As of the Effective Date, these Terms do not represent Orbit-Store as a separate legal entity or registered DBA. If that status changes, MERYT may update the legal notice prospectively.
MERYT Aerospace Chemicals and MERYT Industrial Chemicals are MERYT-controlled brands or business-facing identifiers that may be used for product families, marketing, lead routing, sales support, technical content, or future business structures. A future DBA, subsidiary, affiliate, or separate-entity structure will be identified in the applicable transaction or destination terms when relevant.
Orbit-Store may cross-reference products, route leads, provide links, or refer customers to MERYT Industrial Chemicals, MERYT Aerospace Chemicals, MERYT Twins Media, an authorized distributor, or another MERYT-controlled or third-party destination.
When you leave Orbit-Store and transact, register, book, upload, purchase, or otherwise interact on another website or program, you are also subject to the terms and policies that are properly presented for that destination or activity. Separate destination terms may supplement these Terms but do not retroactively rewrite an already completed Orbit-Store sale unless the parties agree or applicable law permits or requires it.
MERYT Twins and MERYT Twins Media are MERYT-affiliated media, educational, promotional, demonstration, collaboration, and entertainment brands. Content may include repair-station visits, MRO demonstrations, interviews, trade-event content, product demonstrations, aviation media, discount programs, booking programs, and third-party participants.
Informal commentary, spontaneous statements, interviews, opinions, editing choices, demonstrations, field observations, or statements by guests, customers, mechanics, repair stations, MRO personnel, distributors, or other participants do not by themselves amend a product specification, SDS, TDS, COC/COA, written warranty, quotation, signed agreement, maintenance manual, engineering instruction, or regulatory requirement.
Personal or informal statements by a MERYT Twins presenter do not create a new contractual warranty unless MERYT expressly incorporates the statement into an official written product representation or transaction document. Customers must rely on current written technical documentation and applicable approved maintenance data for technical decisions.
Nothing in this section authorizes false, deceptive, or unsubstantiated advertising. Official MERYT advertising, endorsements, and objective product-performance claims remain subject to applicable advertising law.
Booking a MERYT Twins demo, participating in a filming or collaboration, joining a MERYT Twins discount or local program, or using a MERYT Twins promotional code may be subject to separate booking terms, releases, media permissions, discount rules, or program terms. Those additional terms apply only when they are presented or otherwise made reasonably available for the applicable activity.
MERYT LLC and MERYT-controlled brands may publish or promote content through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social, professional, video, advertising, or marketplace platforms. Those platforms are independent third parties and control their own feeds, ranking systems, recommendations, moderation, compression, cropping, previews, captions, translations, notifications, search results, account restrictions, and other presentation features.
MERYT does not warrant that a third-party platform will display an MERYT post, video, advertisement, product statement, link, caption, image, price, disclaimer, or promotion completely, in the original order, at the intended time, to a particular audience, or with all surrounding context. Platform-generated excerpts, auto-captions, auto-translations, thumbnails, snippets, summaries, or recommendations may omit or alter context.
If a third-party platform's rendering, excerpt, caption, repost, translation, or algorithmic presentation conflicts with the current official Orbit-Store page, applicable MERYT technical document, transaction document, or written correction, customers should rely on the current official source and contact MERYT for clarification before relying on the disputed information.
This limitation applies to third-party platform behavior, not to MERYT's own obligation to make truthful, non-deceptive, and appropriately substantiated advertising claims.
Promotional posts, discount codes, limited-time offers, demonstrations, event offers, referral campaigns, MERYT Twins programs, free-item promotions, or similar campaigns may be subject to additional eligibility, territory, quantity, expiration, inventory, channel, customer-classification, end-use, export, and other rules stated in the applicable promotion.
The specific written promotion rules control over a general social-media caption if there is a conflict. Unless an accepted order states otherwise, promotions may be modified, suspended, corrected, or ended prospectively, including because of inventory limits, system errors, legal restrictions, abuse, or platform issues.
No social-media platform sponsors, endorses, administers, or is associated with an MERYT promotion unless MERYT expressly states otherwise. Participants remain subject to the platform's own rules.
A repost, share, comment, like, tag, mention, influencer post, distributor post, customer post, or third-party video does not create MERYT authorization, exclusivity, technical approval, warranty, or contractual modification.
Orbit-Store is designed primarily for aerospace, aviation, MRO, airline, repair-station, government, military, OEM, maintenance, industrial, procurement, distributor, reseller, and other qualified commercial customers.
You represent that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction. If you act for a company, government agency, repair station, airline, distributor, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to submit requests and bind that organization to an accepted transaction.
Website listings, cart availability, pricing displays, quotations, product descriptions, inventory indications, and automated communications are invitations to transact and are not irrevocable offers.
MERYT may accept, reject, place on hold, limit, correct, or cancel an order or request for legitimate reasons, including inventory, production, pricing error, payment verification, fraud, sanctions, export controls, restricted destinations, end-use concerns, carrier limitations, tax issues, technical incompatibility, or customer-account status.
Acceptance may occur through a written order confirmation, accepted quotation, invoice acceptance, payment acceptance, shipment, or other clear written confirmation from MERYT, depending on the transaction.
An RFQ is a request for information or pricing and is not a purchase commitment by either party. A quotation is subject to its stated validity period, scope, quantities, product identifiers, freight assumptions, payment terms, taxes, lead time, and other stated conditions.
Volume, pallet, contract, container, distributor, and special pricing is case-specific and may differ from online pricing or promotions. Pricing made available to one customer or transaction does not create an obligation to provide the same pricing to another customer or later order.
Submitting a PO does not by itself constitute MERYT’s acceptance. MERYT’s acceptance of a PO is expressly conditioned on these Terms and any MERYT quotation, invoice, acknowledgment, or signed agreement applicable to the transaction.
Additional or different terms in a buyer’s PO, portal, supplier manual, quality manual, click-through system, vendor-registration form, or other document are objected to and do not bind MERYT unless an authorized MERYT representative expressly accepts those specific terms in a signed writing.
This includes, without limitation, unaccepted FAR/DFARS clauses, government flowdowns, quality clauses, audit rights, cybersecurity clauses, indemnities, penalties, liquidated damages, most-favored pricing, insurance requirements, intellectual-property transfers, source-inspection obligations, or special record-retention requirements.
A customer’s status as a government agency, military organization, government contractor, or subcontractor does not automatically incorporate government procurement clauses into an Orbit-Store transaction. Any required clauses, flowdowns, source inspection, cybersecurity requirements, packaging standards, UID/marking requirements, export restrictions, or government quality requirements must be disclosed before acceptance and expressly accepted by MERYT.
Nothing on Orbit-Store represents that MERYT is agreeing to handle classified information, CUI, ITAR-controlled technical data, or government-restricted data through public website systems.
MERYT seeks to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, references, images, packaging information, approvals, standards, availability, and technical documentation. Information can change due to specification revisions, product improvements, supply conditions, regulatory changes, packaging changes, or correction of errors.
References to MIL specifications, AMS standards, OEM documents, Boeing, Airbus, or other industry standards describe applicable product qualifications, conformance, references, or intended compatibility only as stated in the current product documentation. They do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of Orbit-Store or MERYT by any government agency or third-party trademark owner beyond the documented qualification or approval applicable to the product.
Customers must verify that the current product, revision, specification, technical document, maintenance manual, engineering order, approved data, and organizational procedures authorize the intended use.
Product information may appear in product pages, advertisements, catalogs, social posts, videos, demonstrations, AI responses, emails, quotations, labels, SDS, TDS, certificates, and other materials. Because aerospace and regulated-industry information can be revised, customers must use the most current applicable controlled information available for the intended decision.
For safety and technical use, the current product label, current SDS, current TDS, applicable written specification, lot/batch documentation, MERYT-issued certificate, accepted transaction document, and applicable OEM or regulatory approved data take precedence over informal media, marketing summaries, social captions, historical posts, demonstrations, third-party descriptions, or AI-generated summaries to the extent of a conflict.
MERYT endeavors to publish accurate information based on the best information reasonably available at the time of publication. A specification, approval, standard reference, composition-related statement, process recommendation, or other technical item can change, be superseded, contain an error, or require context. MERYT may correct or update such information when identified.
Customers should promptly report suspected inconsistencies so MERYT can investigate and, where appropriate, issue a correction, revised document, customer communication, or other controlled update.
The customer and end user remain responsible for determining whether the selected product and process are suitable for the specific aircraft, component, substrate, contamination, maintenance task, facility, equipment, regulatory environment, and approved maintenance program.
Where appropriate, customers should perform their own compatibility, process, cleaning, residue, material, or other validation before broad operational use, particularly when conditions differ from MERYT's published examples or when the application is safety-critical.
Independent evaluation does not authorize use contrary to an SDS, product label, applicable law, OEM requirement, engineering authorization, approved maintenance data, repair-station procedure, airworthiness requirement, or other controlling requirement. If a test conflicts with a controlling safety or regulatory requirement, the controlling requirement prevails.
The purchaser and end user are responsible for determining suitability for the intended aircraft, component, maintenance process, surface, material, cleaning method, facility, or regulatory environment.
Customers are responsible for following current SDS, TDS, labels, OEM instructions, approved maintenance data, FAA or other regulator requirements, repair-station procedures, environmental requirements, and workplace-safety rules. MERYT does not issue maintenance releases, return-to-service approvals, airworthiness determinations, engineering authorizations, or approvals of a customer’s maintenance process unless expressly stated in a separate written service.
SDS and TDS materials are provided for product safety and technical information. Certificates such as COC or COA may be order-, product-, batch-, or lot-specific and must not be separated from the transaction context in a misleading manner.
Document downloads do not transfer ownership of MERYT intellectual property or grant a right to modify, republish, sell, scrape, or redistribute controlled or proprietary documentation except as reasonably necessary for lawful use, safety, procurement, maintenance records, or resale of genuine product and as permitted by law.
Do not use ordinary website forms, chat, or standard email to send classified material, CUI, ITAR-controlled technical data, export-controlled drawings/specifications, passwords, private keys, or similarly restricted information unless MERYT has expressly approved the transmission method in writing.
If your transaction requires controlled technical data, security clauses, special cybersecurity, or export authorization, notify MERYT before transmitting the information so the parties can determine whether an appropriate process is available.
All transactions are subject to applicable U.S. export-control, reexport, sanctions, embargo, denied-party, anti-boycott, customs, and trade laws. Product classification as EAR99, when applicable, does not eliminate all restrictions.
You agree not to purchase, export, reexport, transfer, divert, resell, or use MERYT products or technical information in violation of applicable law, including restrictions based on destination, end user, end use, sanctioned party, prohibited military/intelligence end user, proliferation-related end use, or other restricted activity.
MERYT may request end-use, end-user, ownership, destination, consignee, export-classification, or compliance information and may refuse, hold, or cancel a transaction when reasonably necessary for compliance.
Prices, promotions, discounts, availability, and shipping rates may change without notice before order acceptance. Online discounts may differ from RFQ, pallet, contract, account, distributor, or special-program pricing.
Obvious pricing, typographical, product-data, freight, tax, or system errors are not binding. MERYT may correct an error before acceptance or, if discovered after an automated transaction, contact the customer to correct, reconfirm, or cancel the affected portion as permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for sales, use, excise, customs, duties, import taxes, brokerage, VAT, and other governmental charges unless MERYT is legally required to collect them or a valid exemption applies.
Tax-exempt or resale status is subject to timely submission and validation of acceptable documentation. A customer remains responsible for tax liabilities arising from inaccurate, expired, invalid, or misused exemption documentation.
Available payment methods may include online checkout methods presented at checkout, ACH, wire transfer, secure card links, PayPal, invoices, approved POs, or approved terms. Availability varies by customer and transaction.
Terms accounts, credit limits, payment periods, and financing are subject to separate approval and may be modified or withdrawn as permitted by law. Bank and wire instructions should be relied upon only when delivered through a verified MERYT process. Customers should independently verify any unexpected change in payment instructions.
You consent to conducting transactions electronically where permitted. Electronic records, electronic signatures, checkout actions, accepted quotations, form submissions, one-time-code authentication, and other electronic actions may be used to evidence transactions.
Automated systems may help create confirmations, route POs, prepare invoices, send tracking, or support customer service. An automated response does not create a contract on terms that MERYT has not accepted.
MERYT may use AI-assisted phone, chat, email, and workflow tools. AI may help answer common questions, retrieve published information, collect contact information, route a request, summarize a conversation, or initiate a workflow.
AI-generated statements are informational and may contain errors. No AI assistant is authorized to modify a signed agreement, waive these Terms, create distributor exclusivity, guarantee technical suitability, approve credit, disclose bank credentials, bind MERYT to government clauses, or create a product warranty beyond a written MERYT commitment.
Shipping is governed by the applicable Shipping Policy and any specific quotation, invoice, bill of lading, Incoterm, or written shipping term accepted for the transaction.
Customers may be permitted to use their own UPS, FedEx, freight, or other carrier account. When a customer directs MERYT to ship on the customer’s account, the customer authorizes MERYT to tender the shipment using those instructions and is responsible for carrier charges, accessorials, re-bills, address corrections, duties, and other carrier-imposed charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
MERYT does not warrant or guarantee the performance, transit time, handling, routing, solvency, or claim payment of an independent carrier. Unless MERYT expressly agrees to purchase cargo insurance or declared-value coverage, MERYT is not obligated to insure a shipment beyond any carrier liability that otherwise applies.
Where risk of loss has passed to the buyer under the applicable shipping term, loss, theft, delay, or carrier-caused damage does not create an automatic right to a MERYT refund or replacement. MERYT will reasonably assist the customer with available shipment records and carrier-claim information. Where risk of loss remains with MERYT, MERYT made a verified fulfillment error, or applicable law requires a remedy, the applicable legal or contractual remedy controls.
Unless a quotation, invoice, Incoterm, or signed agreement expressly provides otherwise, shipments by carrier are treated as shipment contracts and risk of loss passes to the buyer when goods are duly tendered to the carrier. A transaction requiring MERYT to deliver at a particular destination is subject to the destination term actually agreed for that shipment. Title passes as stated in the applicable transaction documents and subject to payment.
After risk of loss has passed to the buyer, carrier loss, theft, delay, misdelivery, or transit damage is generally handled through the applicable carrier and shipping-claim process rather than as an automatic MERYT product refund. MERYT may assist with documentation or a claim but does not guarantee that a carrier will pay a claim.
This section does not limit obligations that cannot legally be shifted or any remedy for MERYT’s own verified shipment error, manufacturing defect, nonconformity, breach, or a shipment for which MERYT retained the risk of loss.
Customers should inspect shipments promptly for visible damage, leakage, shortages, incorrect product, broken seals, or other discrepancies. Visible freight damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record where reasonably possible, and packaging, labels, photos, and relevant records should be preserved.
Claims are governed by the Return & Product Claims Policy and any applicable carrier rules. Delay in reporting can impair the ability to investigate or recover against a carrier.
Because MERYT products include professional chemical products with safety, storage, contamination, traceability, and integrity considerations, ordinary change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted after shipment. Claims for verified damage, fulfillment error, manufacturing defect, or verified nonconformity are handled under the Return & Product Claims Policy.
MERYT warrants that MERYT-manufactured product will, at the time it leaves MERYT’s control, materially conform to the applicable written MERYT specification, label, or express written warranty for that product, subject to stated tolerances, storage requirements, shelf life, and limitations.
Product performance depends on application method, contamination, material, dilution, dwell time, temperature, equipment, operator technique, process controls, storage, and other conditions outside MERYT’s control.
Except for an express written warranty that applies to a specific product or transaction, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, MERYT disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
For a verified claim covered by MERYT’s written warranty or Return & Product Claims Policy, MERYT may, as appropriate and subject to law, replace affected product, issue equivalent product, provide a credit or refund for the affected product, provide technical support, or offer another commercially reasonable remedy.
Goodwill discounts, credits, technical assistance, or negotiated accommodations do not create a continuing obligation, precedent, expanded warranty, or admission of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MERYT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, production downtime, loss of contracts, loss of use, loss of goodwill, or similar commercial losses arising from a transaction, website use, delayed shipment, or product claim.
For commercial claims, MERYT’s aggregate liability relating to the specific goods or transaction giving rise to the claim will not exceed the amount actually paid to MERYT for the affected goods, except to the extent a different limitation is required by law or expressly accepted in a signed agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any non-waivable rights applicable to personal injury, fraud, willful misconduct, or other legally protected claims.
To the extent permitted by law, a commercial customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MERYT and its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from third-party claims arising from the customer’s unlawful resale, relabeling, repackaging, misuse, prohibited export, misrepresentation of distributor status, violation of intellectual-property rights, failure to provide required downstream safety information, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by MERYT’s own legally non-indemnifiable conduct.
Qualified businesses may purchase genuine MERYT products for their own use or lawful resale. Purchase for resale does not make the buyer an authorized distributor, exclusive distributor, agent, franchisee, representative, or partner of MERYT.
An ordinary reseller or broker may not state or imply that it is “authorized,” “exclusive,” “official,” “appointed,” or otherwise formally affiliated with MERYT unless it holds current written authorization.
Authorized MERYT distributor status exists only when MERYT issues a current written authorization, distributor letter, license, appointment, or executed distribution agreement identifying the applicable scope. Exclusive distribution exists only under a signed agreement specifying the territory, products, term, rights, obligations, conditions, and any limits of exclusivity.
Every authorization, exclusivity, license, product-distribution right, marketplace right, marketing right, listing permission, territory, account assignment, discount structure, lead-routing arrangement, or reseller program is case-specific unless MERYT expressly states otherwise in writing.
MERYT may prospectively revise program procedures, brand-use rules, qualification criteria, listing requirements, compliance requirements, support procedures, lead-routing rules, or other operational requirements on a case-by-case or program-wide basis, subject to the controlling written agreement and applicable law. A signed distribution or exclusivity agreement controls over a later general website policy to the extent of a direct conflict.
Submitting a distributor form, registering for early access, receiving pricing, buying in volume, being routed an inquiry, receiving a discount code, participating in media, or appearing in a discussion about a market does not by itself create authorization, exclusivity, license, agency, or territory rights.
Lawful resale of genuine product does not automatically grant a license to copy MERYT’s copyrighted product photography, videos, website text, graphics, technical-document layouts, distributor badges, logos, proprietary database content, or other protected materials.
Unless separately authorized, a reseller may truthfully identify genuine product as necessary to describe what it sells, but may not create confusion about sponsorship, authorization, exclusivity, source, warranty, or affiliation.
Written authorization may be required to use MERYT distributor marks, proprietary marketing assets, approved marketplace feeds, aviation-database listing rights, proprietary part-number listing programs, or official distributor designations on third-party marketplaces, procurement databases, ecommerce platforms, or catalogs.
Resellers must not alter, adulterate, dilute, refill, counterfeit, substitute, relabel, repackage, obscure, remove, or tamper with MERYT product labels, lot/batch information, warnings, expiration or shelf-life information, tamper evidence, COC/COA references, or traceability information in a misleading or unsafe manner.
Resellers are responsible for lawful storage, transportation, hazardous-material handling where applicable, downstream SDS delivery, marketplace compliance, customer representations, and applicable export/reexport obligations.
Orbit-Store content, MERYT trademarks, MERYT Aerospace Chemicals, MERYT Industrial Chemicals, MERYT Twins, MERYT Twins Media branding, logos, product photography, videos, designs, technical materials, proprietary text, software, page designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to MERYT or the applicable rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website and materials for legitimate purchasing, safety, maintenance, support, or other purposes authorized by MERYT or applicable law.
You retain ownership of information and materials you lawfully own and submit to MERYT. You grant MERYT and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, transmit, analyze, transform, and otherwise process submitted material as reasonably necessary to fulfill your request, operate the transaction, provide support, perform compliance screening, maintain records, and protect the parties.
You represent that you have authority to submit the material and that MERYT’s permitted processing will not unlawfully infringe another party’s rights.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and one-time codes and for activity performed through your authorized account. Do not share authentication codes or attempt to access another customer’s orders, invoices, certificates, payment instructions, or private records.
You may not use Orbit-Store to commit fraud, scrape protected data at unreasonable scale, introduce malware, bypass authentication, interfere with site operation, impersonate another party, obtain unauthorized customer information, evade export controls or sanctions, or submit unlawful or malicious content.
MERYT is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier interruption, weather, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, labor disruption, cyberattack, utility failure, government action, embargo, port congestion, customs delay, raw-material shortage, supplier disruption, transportation shortage, or other force-majeure event, subject to non-waivable legal requirements.
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not otherwise resolved by written agreement will be brought in a state or federal court with proper jurisdiction in Florida.
For a specific transaction, the following documents govern in descending order only to the extent they conflict: a signed agreement expressly superseding these Terms; an MERYT quotation or written order acknowledgment containing transaction-specific terms; these Terms and incorporated policies; and other transaction records. Customer boilerplate does not take priority unless expressly accepted in signed writing.
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign contractual rights or obligations to another party without MERYT’s consent where consent is legally permissible to require. MERYT may assign rights in connection with a merger, sale, restructuring, or transfer of the relevant business.
MERYT may revise these Terms and incorporated policies from time to time. A revised version becomes effective on the date stated in the revised document and governs future website use, future orders, future RFQs/POs, new quotations, renewals, new bookings, new discount-program participation, future authorizations, and ongoing services from that effective date to the extent permitted by law.
If you continue to use Orbit-Store after a revised version becomes effective, that continued use may constitute acceptance of the revised terms for future use and future transactions where legally enforceable and where reasonable notice has been provided.
A website update does not automatically and retroactively rewrite the material terms of a completed sale or an already accepted transaction. Price, warranty, risk allocation, return rights, payment terms, accepted PO terms, and other material provisions of an already completed transaction remain governed by the version and transaction documents applicable to that transaction unless MERYT and the customer agree to a modification or applicable law permits or requires another result.
Distributor, reseller, exclusivity, licensing, media, discount, lead-routing, and authorization programs may be updated prospectively on a case-by-case or program-wide basis, subject to any signed agreement that governs the relationship.
MERYT is developing documented business, quality, privacy, cybersecurity, supplier, customer-communication, document-control, corrective-action, risk-management, and continual-improvement practices intended to support future management-system maturity and audit readiness.
These policies are structured to support principles commonly associated with ISO 9001 quality management, ISO/IEC 27001 information security management, and applicable aviation, space, and defense quality-system expectations such as the IAQG 9100-series framework, including 9100 for aviation, space and defense organizations and 9120 for distributors, where relevant to MERYT's activities.
Examples of the control objectives supported by these policies include identification of responsible entities, customer communication, requirements review, documented information, revision control, risk-based decision making, external-provider controls, nonconformity and claims handling, traceability, record retention, confidentiality, integrity, availability, access control, incident awareness, and continual improvement.
No certification claim. Unless MERYT expressly publishes a current certificate issued by an authorized certification body for a defined scope, nothing on Orbit-Store or in these policies represents that MERYT LLC, Orbit-Store, MERYT Aerospace Chemicals, MERYT Industrial Chemicals, or MERYT Twins Media is presently certified to ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, AS9100/IAQG 9100, 9120, or another management-system standard.
References to these standards describe internal framework objectives, audit-readiness efforts, or customer-alignment goals only. Certification status, scope, sites, products, and effective dates must be verified from the applicable current certificate when one is issued.
